Nadratowski law firm works on the basis of the Polish Act of the 6th of July 1982 on Attorneys at Law (“ustawa o radcach prawnych”) and the Code of Ethics of Attorney at Law (“Kodeks Etyki Radcy Prawnego”). By virtue of those rules, an attorney at law is obliged to keep in secret everything has learnt in connection with providing legal assistance, avoid conflict of interests and is under a duty to have third party liability insurance  covering damage inflicted in the course of legal assistance. Nadratowski law firm is registered in the Central Register and Information of Economic Activity (“Centralna Ewidencja i Informacja o Działalności Gospodarczej”) and its tax identification number is: PL 585 134 88 00. Tomasz Nadratowski is registered on the list of attorneys at law (“lista radców prawnych”) kept by the Council of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Gdańsk (“Rada Okręgowej Izby Radców Prawnych w Gdańsku) under number GD/GD/2156.
